Refund Policy

WEMIX PAY functions solely as a payment solution and is only responsible for confirming payment transactions. The processing of refunds for purchased items follows the game developer's policy. For specific refund inquiries, please reach out directly to the game developer.

During refund :

  • The purchased item will be retrieved.

  • WEMIX PAY Mileage earned from the purchase will be reclaimed.

  • Refund fees may apply.

However, refunds are not possible if :

  • The purchased item has already been used.

  • Insufficient WEMIX PAY Mileage to reclaim.

  • 365 days have passed since the purchase date.

Please note that refund processing may take some time to ensure it is handled accurately and efficiently.
